Promise a big ,bold benefit in the headline and then deliver
Draw the reader in right away and make them keep reading
Read easy with large text, underlines and highlights
Use small words instead of big ones
Have extra words edited out to read faster
Use short sentences and short paragraphs
Use subheads that allow readers to scan
Create a desire on the part of the prospect to take action
Use bullet point to summarize key points
Have a strong offer that the prospect can’t refuse
Contain specific proof of any claims it makes

All these things are very beneficial and right on the money. But, if i may i would also like to suggest benefits to make the sale and features to justify the sale, keep up the good work
Sell the benefits first, then the features.
Example: This house has a breakfast nook (feature)
Or This house has a great spot to sit in the morning, enjoy the sun and have your coffee (benefit)
