You can check on the internet to see if there are any HUD homes in your area www.hud.gov/local/sams.ctznhome.html You’re not likely to find many upscale properties here. Most are going to be in the moderate to low price range

The Hud website is a fantastic site. There is so much to learn from that website. Not only can you search properties, you can learn about a list of things -avoiding foreclosure, federal home inprovement loans. Hey, you can even get on there and help out prospective renters get rental assistance. This site is really a great tool for you.
Spend some time on the site you will find that it is very helpful to you and your business.
