I LIKE TO SAY MONEY ISN'T EVERYTHING BUT IT'LL SURE GET YOU UP THERE WHERE EVERYTHING IS...... AND P. S. RIGHT NOW I'M SO BROKE - TRUST ME IF I HAD SOME I COULD BE HAPPY.....LOL..........

The problem is that the more money you make, it seems the more you need.
Your tastes get more lavish & numbers take on less meaning. The biggest problem is that once to make it up to a certain level & be come accustomed to that lifestyle, it is very hard to go backwards.
This is why it is extremely important to lean the tools of real estate,
then implement them. You can always make it investing in real estate.

Yeah, I think most of us realize that money doesn't "buy" happiness ... And that happiness (in the world) cannot be "owned".

But that lease / option lets you get in there and FEEL like you own it !!!

Money buys options. It is really just a tool to get what we want. And the magic trick is to want less and need less to be happy!

Anyone who gives money too much emphasis is missing the boat, even if they just bought a yacht.
