Good Morning,
As I am always interested in the success of others,
I would like to share some helpful websites. As an appraiser I realize one mistake a new investor can make is in the valuation process. There are ways of checking the value yourself if you know where to look. I have access to the MLS records so it's easy for me but you can go on Zillow but don't depend on the value they suggest. Check the neighborhood comps yourself. Please know I'm here for you and want to help if you get confused.

Thank you Kim,
Very helpful information indeed. But may I add one more that is free to all of us, here, at DG's home-site?

Dean has been kind enough to build this and it is a great research site for all of the information I have needed to properly evaluate my deals.
