I'm a 22 year veteran Real Estate investor and also a Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Appraiser. I became an investor first, then a broker, then an appraiser. I have loved Real Estate investing after I read my first book called Nothing Down by Robert Allen..I bought several properties back in the 1980's with nothing down and have learned many creative techniques over the years and have used most of them. I wanted to get Dean't books because I feel I can learn new ideas which keeps my mind fresh. I love anything Real Estate so it's fun. I also wanted to be a member of a community like this one so I can share my knowledge with others. I believe anyone can do this if they have a passion for learning and a little bit of guts.
