It is on a main road in the county, and is not too far from other shopping areas. The water has been approved and it has also been approved for a Town Center. I know Amy is putting this deal together. It is the real deal. There would be a nice fee paid to anyone that can bring her a buyer. Maybe even an out of state developer that wants a great deal on land that is right in the path of development in the area. The fee would be quite large!!
