Never Give Up!

Just wanted to tell you about a Deal.

I had this property locked up for 45 days.
This property was going to tax sale.
The Tax sale was today at 10:00.

I got a call on Friday at about 2 in the afternoon that This guy wanted to take a look at the property.

I could not pull away from work. I am self employed but i had a new opening in a customers house and could not leave it like that.

Of course all day I am thinking how can I make this work?

So I called the Tax Bureau and talked to someone there told them my situation and i got a call back on Sunday afternoon. Go Figure Sunday afternoon.

I proceded to show the house on Saturday anyway not knowing what was going to become of this.

I was out playing Golf and I get the call, Did not hear it till I was done playing. So now Its Game on!

Came home printed up 2 contracts an assignment contract and went and got them signed and had to go to the bank this morning to get a cirtified check for the back taxes and have it there by 10:00 this morning.

But We Got er Done.

Will Close in 2 weeks for a nice assigment of 8771.71
Will give the homeowner 1,000 to move on.
