What a great business REI is! All seven of these deals were wholesales. No money out of my pocket. If anyone tells you that you can't make money in Real Estate without investing a lot of money, THEY ARE WRONG!!
We are well over a 110 deals since buying Dean's books and joining the success academy 40 months ago! I don't count deal numbers anymore! I just look at my business checking account, my self directed IRA and make offers every day!
Thanks to this business all of our bills are PAID. We have no debt.
We have four vacations planned for 2013.
7 day cruise down the Baja side (pacific) of Mexico.
2 weeks in Panama City Florida. Luxury 2 bedroom condo on the beach
1 week on a houseboat pulling our ski boat at Lake Powell
1 Week SCUBA diving in Bonaire.
PLUS multiple weekend getaways here in the beautiful Colorado mountains.
What is truly awesome is I can and will do business while on vacation!!
Thank you DEAN! If I had not seen that midnight infomercial some 40 months ago my wife and I would still be tied to a JOB.

I know which side the bread is buttered! Actually she came on full time and left her JOB back in August. She is the short sale, subject to with L/O to tenant buyer specialist. She gets her leads from Craigs list, expired listings and the weekly notices of default from four county websites.
