Thank you for your feedback. I feel very luck to be an investor, everyday I feel like I'm just going out to play. My wife hates it because she feels like all I am doing it just playing all day, but in reality it is work, I just love what I am doing.

I also love the returns for the amount of time I am putting in. Instead of working a daily job and getting paid hourly, i am working on my investments and I get paid all the time even when i'm sleeping. I just don't' know where else I can find work that will pay me while I sleep.

I never though I would get into them wither. I had another investor show me how to do them and I saw the ROI he was getting and wow. They are easy low cost investments but they have higher yields annually than any rental in my area. So I do them and I'm going to ramp it up actually this year.

I like them and will keep doing them, but I also focus a lot of time on wholesaling and multifamily as well.

Your exactly right, do everything you can to start producing income doing real estate and it will get you out of that w2 job.

While your getting started don't think about the whole elephant and taking it on all at once. Just focus on your first deal, that is it. Put the pieces in place to do them, then just work and work until you get it.

Thank you. I love having the support of the DG family. I really have met and made a lot of friends through this sight, working with students on the phone. Doing BOG events and going to deans live events. I really love the opportunities dean creates for us to network and help each other build each other up so we can change our lives. Even though I train others on how to invest, i'm in the same boat of doing deals and creating my future for myself and family as well. I love that we can relate on so many levels
