OfflineI have been in contact with a seller in NY after several phone calls he likes the deal but will not assign the contract until I provide proof of funds being new I don't know my next move. Should I look for cash buyers who can provide this for me? , and does this situation always go hand in hand Thanks Rich

Hi Richmac: I would assume at this point you have your contract signed, also you should have all your players ready, meaning your buyers list or tenants/ buyers ready, so, at this point you dont waste no time. I hope this help.
