No, you do not have to join the insider elite members in order to start doing deals. The magnificent thing about Dean is that he has created educational tools, educational forums, and educational platforms-such as www.deangraziosi.com and www.deansmedia.com for anyone interested in real estate. What you do with the information is up to you.
Focus on why you are interested in real estate, then write those reasons down. These reasons could be things that you would like to see come true in your life or things you would like to change in your life. Next, decide what type of real estate you like or prefer. For example, if you like single family houses and not town homes or condos, then concentrate your energy on learning about single family houses near you (when you are just starting out). Are there 2 bed/2bath homes, 3 bed/ 2 bath homes or both types? Visit www.city-data.com/(your county-county) to get recently sold property near an exact address that you are curious about. Hi Anthony: Thank you for your insight,and the information you gave me.I have been trying to get this creative real estate business going,but it seems like it's taking forever. I have gone through a lot of dean's materials and want to put my first deal together, but at time I just lose the momentum.anyway I am working at it.Thanks again, and maybe in the future we can put some deals together.
