Very excited about this one but still a little frozen. A real fixer upper the realtor was not shy about needed repairs. It's a bank foreclosure asking 57,000 below assessed value. It's not in my state so what to do next is my issue do I look for a buyer in that state and how do I find out about the legality of assignment in New York thanks for any help Rich

The recent blog
Hi I've finished reading both books and would like to get started in Real estate investing but I'm not sure how to begin. I would like to start with foreclosures and then build a cash base. Do I find a buyer first or get proerties on assignment first? Thanks Rich McAleese
