OfflineI'm working on my first deal ! And I'm highly excited about it. My wife and I just finished our first One on One with Dawn Erling. She is great! An excellent teacher. Patient and willing to go slow until we understand and get what she is teaching us. She showed us how to find a good Realtor. We looked at 3 houses yesterday 2 of which we are evaluating and doing the numbers on, so we may put in an offer on one or both! Our one on one mentor, Dawn, really put the last pieces of the puzzle together for me and now I see the whole picture. I'm ready to go. I'm off and running. Look out Real Estate world, here I come !!!
