I am in new york, but I think any where is find I have dean's 30 days to real-estate cash and two more of his books and trying very hard to make my first deal, I saw this property an agent post a sign for sail, I know I have to call him and get a price for the house and to run comps and do the arv, I think I am taking in too much and getting confuse. Hi am looking into a lot of different places, I know it's been a while and I am still struggling to make my first deal, I will not read or study anything eles I understand that out of state is a great place to start wholesaling it's so hard to do this wholesaling in new york wow!
