my LAST rental SOLD !!!

WOW What a month!!! Have been on FIRE after getting back to business after
Getting my dream home from real estate profits built !!!!!! We are finally moved in ....... Actually been several mnths but just put the last Trim on my office window .......ummmm not me but I hired a carpenter to do it !!! And if you know me then you would know this is a bigg step for me. Really I have been PRACTICING having others do a lot for me in the last 1-1/2 yrs. I have learned to work on my unique abilities and less on my weaknesses !!!
Anyway we have SOLD our last rental ---! DUPLEX !!!!!!! YESSSSSSSSS
Another deal in for this month and some great profit. Pd off mortgage, pd off one of Karens loans and pd in full my area manager cost !!!! I am SUPER EXCITED !!!! and have developed some SUPERIOR MOMENTUM as I am about to close THREE more properties that have signed purchase agreements with non refundable downs !!! Man am I pumped !!
I took a few mnths off to build our home and after getting back into it it has been just crazy !!!
What I can attribute it to is many things ..... 1. Faith 2.hard work 3.specific tasks including persistent action 4. Organization but most of all the BELIEF and momentum created by me !!!!! I DO have one other secret to tell but will come in another post so stay tuned !!
Yes this is the last rental I own. All my other multiple deals are land contracts and bringing in great monthly income. I plan on staying focused on rent to owns. No tennants, no insurance to pay , no maintenance, no taxes ........ Only checks in the mailbox every Mnth.
My realtor found the buyer for this sale( duplex) I have a long story and MANY lessons learned on this property!!! I am ecstatic to have this SOLD !!!!!! It has been a MONEY MAKER for me for a few yrs !!the profit has put me in a fantastic spot in my financial future. THANK YOU DEAN for all you have taught me !!!!
