Weekly deal reach

Just a few quick ways I am using this week to make a deal happen !! I am still working at my job and trying to make deals happen. I use every bit of my free time to improve myself by reading and learning and putting out bandit signs to CREATE some action on my buyers and sellers list. A couple weeks ago my assistant placed approx 10 bandit signs out that said the standard I BUY HOUSES 518-xxx-xxx ANY COND. And the phone began to ring as it does EVERY time we place these gold mines out. First off let me tell you that BEFORE I had them placed out there I did my homework and found out WHERE my two immediate buyers wanted to buy in. Now each buyer has 5 k down and can afford 600-650 per month respectively. So naturally I place the signs in the areas my buyers want and need. As I get calls and go through all my questions on a script page , I begin to match up a property to my buyer. Now not all or even none in some cases match but I keep ALL info and file it into sellers vanilla file folder. Next I begin the negotiation process to CREATE the numbers I need to sell to my buyer. This week I will keep taking calls and stay PERSISTENT in CREATING my financial destiny !!!!

Bandit signs

Jay, I feel the same way about bandit signs, every time I put them out I get many calls. I haven't tried yet marketing for R2O tenants but soon I will do so. What book are you reading now Jay?

How do you market for lease option buyers ? How do u market for sellers ? Always eager to hear what others are going !! It is exciting to learn new and unique strategies to create buyers or sellers.

I place bandits for buyers and a lot of flyers for motivaed sellers. My area have to many bandit sign thieves especially the "I BUY HOUSES" signs. So with my flyers, I got a call about a lady who wants to sell her mobile home with the land. I'm working on the numbers, but it can work.

YES BANDITS

Are CRAZY lead generators that I use and the KEY is to follow up on the calls and give straight forward information that you can only work with very motivated sellers. You DO NOT want to waste time on casual people that want to just see what these signs entail. You are looking for MOTIVATED sellers. Explain what you do and want to buy and then write down ALL sellers info as this may be a motivated seller in a month or two if not now.
I also market heavily on Facebook. In a click of a mouse thousands of people can see what you are in need of or have for sale !!! Market , market, market.
