GREAT SITE

My name is John and I am trying to get my feet wet. I have purchased Dean's products in the past but "life" always got in the way. I signed up to the website to personally get motivated to get off my butt and do it. I love the weekly blogs and my goal is to make time for the weekly phone chats. I missed out on the Edge because I just didn't "do it". Can anybody give me a way to go beyond my fears and commit? I see everything that Dean talks about and I truely believe it can work but for some reason I still remain on the sidelines. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

John

Glad to see you on the site there is a lot of awesome information and great people to help share with you. Now that you have studied the books, get in the game and start getting those deals. Good luck and keep us posted.

The nike saying is right on for so much in life, and for this too -- Just Do It! Commit to doing at the very least one action a day towards your business: drive around your town looking for "For Sale by Owner" signs and then make calls to inquire about the property; take steps to begin to build your team; go online to find your closest REI Club and then actually go to their next meeting. The actions you can take are endless. Tremendous activity provides results. Before you can be good in this business you have to be bad; in other words, you'll make mistakes -- I dare say everyone does -- but that's how you really learn this, or anything in life.

And finally, enjoy and have fun with it!

Wishing you a lot of activity and success,
Nancy D.
