Hello...

Has anyone else noticed that the Total View is not working? I have tried it everyday this week with no results!

weird

I have been using it..It worked bout 20 minutes ago for me...are you going to it under the student resources...

-Real Estate Analysis System...maybe that will help...doubt it, but that is weird...been working for me

Hi...

Yes I have been using it for a few weeks now. I used to go into the previous old info when it first came out. Now that they have it in the student resources it is much easier to get to. I am building a database of income properties: duplex, triplex, and fourplex that seem very reasonably priced. I put all the info in and follow it with the Total View to really get an idea of what properties are worth versus what they are selling for. When I get 25 built into it I have my realtor make offers on all of them like Matt does.

I've notice whenever I put info in on MF bigger than a duplex, Itsometimes doesn't work, maybe thats the problem your having too.

Total View Website Not Working

I used the site last week and it worked fine. Now it just presents a blank page. No error message...no Page Not Found messages...nothing. Since I think it was a BETA, I wonder if it is being updated. Anyone in the DGADMIN have any insight?

I just went to it,and it is doing the same thing to me,just a blank page,I dont know what the problem is.

Loading Time

I am using it right now, and the load time has be about 15 minutes and it's still going! I don't have a slow computer, and I have decent wifi. What's the deal?

Working

I just checked it out and it is working. Here are some things to consider:

1) If the site is being heavily used it can cause it to be slower or return a blank page - but this should be very rare if at all.

2) There is not data for every property available... many properties, but not all. If you don't get a result try a different property, especially if you are not looking up a Single Family Home.

3) Sometimes reports can take several minutes. Do not reload the page while it is generating the report as it will compound the time it takes to generate it. Wait for the report to complete. If the report hasn't completed after 10 minutes there is probably an issue with our data source(s), so just try a different property or come back later.
