Just want to let everyone know that I'm closing in on my first deal FINALLY!! I'm working with a brother/sister team in Virginia that I came across on this very site! It's alot of work and information but I'll keep you guys informed on how things are going. We're just about ready to present an offer. My stomach is doing FLIPS! Ok, NOW I'm REALLY excited!!! Not only am I closing in on my first deal. There is an increasing possibility that I might have TWO deals accepted by the end of this month($10k would be a GREAT way to start 2010). I don't want to spoil it for everyone so, I'll just say I'm three steps away from two in the bag!!!! I'll keep you guys posted! Thanks for all of the kind words and support!!

I'm glad to here you are really close to that first deal. I get excited thinking about a first deal for anyone! I want to hear all the details!!!! But I guess I can wait until you have things set in stone. good luck, I'm rooting for ya!
