i have not did my 5th deal yet but...... i just sent the contract on my 5th deal to be signed buy the seller and it has been only 8 mnths.i remember putting the academy on my credit card one night 8 mnths ago and thinking oh my god is this dean guy for real? after getting the course and eating sleeping and breathing the knowledge contained and listening in on the calls and asking questions on dg.com i knew i had done the right thing .IF you are willing to make it a goal and commit to doing 5 deals in 12 mnths YOUR REAL ESTATE KNOWLEDGE WILL BE FREE!!with action

I joined the academy over a year ago and didnt follow through with things because of health well I still am not very healthy but i am moving forward now I hope to get the five deals soon and hope I can still get the money back but if not so be it Its been a venture that I plan to stick with for the rest of my life. I had a set back in Dec losing my job on the 17th But since that time I have read lots and met with a few people going to make this work

THAT WAS A GREAT MOVE IN JOINING THE ACADEMY.you will have that knowledge now for a lifetime.as you know their has to be education and action .now that u can put the action in place i am SURE you will make things happen for you!!with this site ,the academy,and YOU the recipe for success in in the mixing !! keep at it fred !! meet MORE PEOPLE,READ MORE,LOOK AT PROPERTIES as much as you can.its free to LOOK at them and this will give you experience just looking at them and researching your market.
as for the refund i believe you have to do 5 deals within 1 yr of start date but you will have to contact pmi they may work with you????????. success to you fred!!

It's true! Knowledge and success for FREE. And when you keep going with what you've learned eventually you will be getting PAID for having been in the Success Academy. I think about the investment I too made on my credit card. After the first 5 deals, Dean did infact send me a check for every penny. NOW my net worth is approaching $1 MILLION dollars, and I have over $11,000 mo coming in from rent (over $4500mo cash-flow!!), plus flips and assignments happening regularly.
