just wanted to stress to anyone that finds themselves in a rut or needs a push to interview as many banks as possible.as dean and others have said we need to PRACTICE talking to bank managers and loan officers and asset managers.this PRACTICE makes us CONFIDENT to talk to realtors,homeowners,investors and other like minded people.we start to hear the LANGUAGE that is so often used in the realestate business.AS we hear these words and USE them we become proficient with them and these words BECOME our words.FOR the beginner that is AFRAID to call or take action MAKE THIS A GOAL TODAY to pick up that phone and call ONE bank today and ask what their interest rate is on a home loan!! ask what the prime rate is today. ask if there is any way to improve your credit score,ask if you can come in to sit down and discuss a way to prequalify for a loan.ask how a home equity loan works.JUST PICK MUP THAT PHONE AND DO IT !! after you hang up get back on here and tell us what u learned and share the FEELING of accomplishment that you just experienced !!
