I have Philly homes

My business associate has up to 10 homes throughout Philly for sale

All are fully renovated

Most are fully occupied

All bring in positive cashflow

Excellent locations and low costs make this a great deal. Also since the deal will be direct there is no middle man to deal with

Right now im in contract to buy a single family property in Philadelphia.But im looking to increase my rental portfolio.
