How much are they asking you to come down on your price?
Jay C
They're not saying. They just want to know if i'm flexible on the price but the seller isn't budging.

Well DG Fam, it's now official - this deal did not go to closing & the contract is now null.
I'm not going to let this phase me though...i'm just going to move on to my next deal & hope that I have a happier ending next time. Peace & God Bless.

Keep at it, Don! Famous authors always frame their first rejection letter and hang it over their fireplace! Go out there and hunt yourself up another deal, Indiana Jones!

Will do Vincent...that's my intentions, to keep at it. I'm not going to let this deal phase me. I'm already on the hunt for my next deal & thanks for the words of encouragement. God Bless.
