Thanks to Honeywell there are I think 88 new jobs they are actively looking for people on and there is a HUGE church in the area that is buying up homes and renovating them for the family they move in and out of there. This is for the families and boarders who go on missions.

Yes there are some bad areas of grand view but there are some good too!
