How to get an Assignment contract. Does it cost?

Hello, I live in the state of Virginia. Does anyone know how I can get a purchase agreement I can use to assign to cash buyers? I know I need to see a real estate attorney, but if I do, will he charge me? I need to have the contract written up in the way "profit from real estate right now" says to. Everything is simple, I just need to get my hands on a real estate contract I can assign.

yes i almost positive that it is legal but call attorney's they give you a few free minutes so just ask them if your assignment doc is legal, i bet it is.

Contacting Attorney

Ok CaliTony. I can check around and see if I can get maybe a free half hour consultation or something for the documents Dean Provides on his website. I hope it is legit, because I don't know how to get a real one.

If I wanted to get a Purchase Agreement and an Assignment Contract outside of this website, how would I go about doing it? Would I have to pay a lawyer or contact a real estate agent? Agents are stuck up. I'm not sure if they would just hand me a purchase agreement if they caught hint that I'm a novice or if I can't make them money yet.

Assignments really don't cost You, You will spend time/efforts looking and Evaluating the Deals for your Buyers to meet their criteria for the payoff.

You are a 'middle man' in Wholesale/Assignments and you Have to Prove/Show your buyers WHY this Deal IS GOOD for Them. SHOW them WHY they MUST buy.

You Must a have a BUYERS LIST and criteria of What They want,price range,type, area and Profit, whether its ROI, profit amount or %.
