Dean's Free Website for Newbie's

I thought I would pull this up as someone asked me how to get a website. It's something to start with.

Free Website Business Name

Taking the effort to crawl out of my shell I finally got the free website, but, I have a question. When you set up your free website I am really wondering if you just place your name on it or a fictional business name? I mean I am a novice and don't have any assignments or deals completed yet so cash is a big issue. This means I can't register any LLC or a business name with the state sooo I am kinda wondering what to do here...any help?

Thanks

Bill G.

Bill,

I would set the website up anyway with your name you can always change it later.

Website name

You can make up a name until you can afford to get an entity name.

I tried to access it but it's asking me for the last word on page 11 pf the book and I haven't received it yet, I just ordered it yesterday. I guess I will just have to wait.

Dean's Free Website for Newbie's

I'm not the sharpest tack in the box and I understand FREE when I see it, but I just gotta ask. Does the website cost anything later on. I thought I read somewhere about a free trial when I was setting up the site and read the agreement claus and then again maybe I read it wrong. Does this mean after a certain time I will have to pay for the site. I'm new to all this and would appreciate any help or advise I can get. I'm targeting foreclosures.THANKS

No Cost's

This website is a very simple website to get started & absolutely no cost. Just get your phone number & email address on there & put a business name on the top. I used "Trust Worthy Home Buyers" so feel free to use that or be clever & come up with something. you can post the website on free ad sites like craiglist.

Free Website

I'm trying to get my free website started. I wish that it would of had like a section where I could get my wholesale buyers info on there and my retail buyers on there. Where I could just have it as a database as my buyers list. Its still a great beginner website to start with.

Free Website

Thanks Jason, You are fantastic man. I did just what you did, so I recond I'm off to a good start with the free web site. I love the advise I get from viewing other peoples opinion and how everyone is always willing to help out The DG family is all I hoped for. May GOD bless all of you.

Still Confused

My name is Bill.

I bought "How to be a Realistate Millionaire" two years ago. Read the book cover to cover in two nites. I remember being very excited about starting to invest in realestate but then got distracted and never pursued it. It's been haunting me for the past two years. I think about it from time to time kicking myself in the butt when I do, wishing I had done somthing. I got back on this website a few days ago and now have that excited feeling again. I want to better the life I have for myself and my family. After reading tons of post from all of you DG followers I am blown away by all of the help everyone offers to eachother. I hope to get some advice from helpfull people also and start on my way towards a better life for my family.

My Questions:

1. Can anyone explain to me how to find a realistate agent to help me find those great deals on houses? Do I call realestate companies and ask for an agent? Do I try to email agents and explain what I'm trying to do?

2. I have no idea how I would go about finding an investor once I've found a great deal on a home or property. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help on these topics.
