OfflineI almost finished Deans book profit from realestate right now. I want to do it So bad! I have a friend who says that he can help me with getting the investors (he is a real estate agent) I just need to get off my butt and do it. Also I'm kind of scared. Does anyone have any sujestions that could help me get started?

Ask your real estate agent friend to send properties your way that have been on the market for a long time and are maybe priced a little higher than others, if they are priced higher than they may not have gotten offers so they may be desparate to sell. Just submit your offer and see if any get accepted. If your not going to keep any properties yourself you would just assign them over to your buyers(investors). Also you want to get your buyers list going if you haven't already started it.
