Investing in the UK for under $40K

If you don't seem to be able to find deals in the U.S they are certainly in the U.K. or across the pond. Dean's strategy's pretty much work anywhere so b e aware.

So we’ve been taking a look at UK homes across the country priced at £25,000 or less.

It is now £120 a month cheaper to buy a property than to rent, according to Halifax.
