Great Resources For Finding Tenants!

Great Resources For Finding Tenants!

Hey FG Family I recently found a great resource to find college students for tenants but always assist one tenant to look over things for you pay him a couple of dollars anyway its
Freecollegeclassifieds dot com

They are in every state and you can list your properties for rent on there for free.
I have had some success with it.

Another Source for Great Tenants

First, that's an excellent source for finding tenants, thanks! I have found that one of my best ways to fill a vacancy is to create a flyer which I then use to canvas door to door in the neighborhood, offering the chance to pick your own neighbor, and get paid for it. Paying $100 to $200 usually fits well into my budget in renting a vacant property, and I usually get a very good tenant, since I get to interview the referrer and find out about the prospect in advance. It's not foolproof, but hopefully your results will be good too, and don't forget to let people know that you pay referral fees if they know of a property that is for sale.
