Hello,
I run a great property management company in South Bay Area, we have a great track record, all our clients stay with us and only once that left have sold their properties. We never had to evict any of tenants we have placed, and we do charge a lower than most management fee. Trouble I am having is getting new clients, any ideas on where to find new clients, where to advertise and how you found your property management company?
Thank you for your input.

Try joining several local chamber of commerces in your area, as well as real estate investing clubs. Also, contact the top real estate agents in your area and they probably know of the investors that are in the area. You may be able to work out a referal arrangement for them. I hope these ides help. I agree with Joe's suggestions, but you may also consider "craigslist" and advertising in various church bulletins in your neighborhoods. Have you tried any of the Human Relations Departments in your area?

I have not tried Human Relations, but I do advertise on craigslist and several other places, such as facebook, etc. but new clients are trickeling in slowly. Thanks for the ideas
