Calling all Bird Dogs in NorthEastern PA

We are looking for properties to buy. If you know any ForSaleByOwners or REO/Short Sales or simply just great deals let us know and we will pay you for your efforts. We are looking for serious bird dogs who will follow-up with us regularly. Please, if you are not the serious type that is willing to stick with this in the long haul then please don't contact us as it will be a waste of time for the both of us.

New - just getting started

We're in Berks County PA and available to travel into Schuylkill Co., Lehigh Co., Chester Co. and Montgomery Co. (We have family everywhere LOL).

We've read Dean's book front to back and reverse and have been spending a good amount of time doing drive-bys and researching online.

I've been talking to my husband about getting started by doing some bird dogging first while trying to hook up with a mentor locally and building our buyer's list.

We met with our real estate agent today too, so we'd just really like to get started, but without a buyer's list, I'm kind of hesitant yet to get anything under contract.
