We have had a lot of luck with Reliable screening. Their reports are as comprehensive as you want to make them and they are affordable. We average $20 a screening.

Do you handle any over 55 rentals and would you handle them any differently. I know you can be a jerk at any age but would assume older, retired, not looking to party?

Renting my House

Which site should I choose?

I'm talking to a few prop mgmt companies for my prop and it seems that some of them run credit check but not background checks per se. Out of all the websites listed above, what would be the best in terms of quality (being comprehensive)?

I use ATS their websites is www.alwaysscreen.com you can do various types of screening prices are not to expensive worth it I found info which helped me make right choice weather to rent or not.
