Here is the content

Seller name, property address, number of beds, number of baths, garage/basement, square footage, property conditon, what needs done, ballpark of repairs, why are you selling, is this a rental, if so what is the rent, loan balance (Payoff), asking price, if I can pay cash and close quickly would you take the payoff, are payments and taxes current, what is the tax assessed value, zillow value

there ya go!

Now that us RBBP'ers have access to EDGE 10, go to Matt's presentation and he explains it in there. It's not the whole system but the general idea.
