OfflineAs a coach for Dean, one of the neat things I get to do is talk to several of you each day on the phone. It is always a kick to hear about the success that is going on out there. I get to hear so many success stories that staying up for my job is very easy. The common thread that I find with those who succeed is that they stick to the basics and do not try to reinvent the wheel.
What am I talking about? Maintaining a good buyer's list is one. Having effective agents finding the right properties. Making the amount of offers needed to succeed. Keeping a pipeline full in all of these areas.
It can be done. Work hard and keep to the basics and the success will come. Help is available if you run into a problem. Take advantage of us. The coaches are here for you.

Very wise words from you... if I may add something to your post, I would say don't try to learn and do every strategy that DG teaches; pick a strategy that fits you and keep repeating... if you're not sure what strategy to use, read Dean's book Profit from Real Estate Right Now, where you can read about the different people who,used different techniques; you may get an idea of what would work best for you, which may change over time or may not...

I'm making my payments on time every month and No one Returns my calls
I can't get on website and That's all there good for.
