Go to your local Investor meetings every month & hang out with the most successful investors & ask them how they got started & you'll find one answer, "they never quit moving forward, no matter how hard it got" Some, it took 4yrs to get off the ground.

One seller phone call, can change your life, but you also have to be educated on how to speak to them & win them over. It's all about relationships in this business & a win attitude.
