OfflineI learned a strategy from another investor a couple years ago. It is something I am just now learning how to perfect and get off the ground. I have done about 16 deals int he last 2 years using this strategy.
Average deal:
$250 cashflow for 6-8 years
No Money invested
Return on investment is Huge,
I make an average 12-17K on each deal.
this strategy is Mobile Homes.
I buy them, or most of the time I can get them for free. I put about 3K-4K into them and sell them on a seller finance note.

I love that you shared this strategy Mike. This is a strategy with minimal to a low investment amount that anyone can do. Often people have in their mind that they need a fat bank account to get deals done. There are alot of opportunities for big returns with little to now money out of pocket like what you are doing with the mobile homes. The great thing about real estate is that you can find money by being creative and thinking outside the box - just like what you have done!
