I don't mean physically hurts but when you are working hard and offers get rejected - it sometimes hurts! All that you are doing, every rejection, every failure, every "no" that you encounter, is one step closer to success!
We learn and grow and become stronger through our failures and obstacles - be grateful for them! I know that sounds backwards but you will be more understanding and more sympathetic and more compassionate to those who are working hard to succeed and are turning to you for help.
Stay the course - you are stronger than you think!

I'm adding this for a couple of reasons. 1 - it fits with my original post and 2 - I believe that a lot of you who are getting started and getting your first deals, second deals and third deals done and in this position! "....being strong is the only choice you have."

Everyone out there. I just want you to know that Karen is an amazing investor. She practices what she teaches. Those students that have her in the inner circle are lucky to have her as a coach. She has a lot of successful students.
She just picked up a new deal the other day and is now rehabbing it and looking to make a sweet profit. I look forward to see what it comes out to be.
