OfflineSince starting as Dean's students a mere 90 days ago, we have successfully acquired 2 rental properties, 3 parcels of vacant land, 15 tax liens, one property for rehab and flip, which complements our other 3 rentals in MD, FL and CA. These investments have already started to provide positive cash flow from rentals and some of the liens have been collected. We are continuing our adventure, seeking property in FL, MD, CA as well as other areas. This education has made a positive impact on our lives. Looking forward to deal number 22!

I'm also 90 days in. If you did all of that with none of your own money, I'm in complete awe! I did very similar with my SD IRA; 3 rentals, 3 vacant land plots, 38 liens, 2 deeds. I had money to invest from my IRA. But I've only done one real deal on my own, a wholesale deal which just closed. Looking for deal number two. Very excited. But I'm completely in awe over those numbers of yours if you found those deals and negotiated on your own. You'll be charging for mentorship in a few more months! Congrats.
