WHY are others Making deals and YOU are sitting around making EXCUSES "WHY" you can't...or don't.
While you're out doing 'your' thing, tell ppl you are a REI and they will ask you "Hows the market or doing any deals?" or whats hot?...but, you are NOT doing that are you?
Opportunity knocks, BUT, YOU are too busy...Doing WHAT?
Get up off your rump, Stop making excuses and CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
OR, Keep making excuses WHY you can't or don't!!!
YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT OR NEED TO DO.
STOP MAKING EXCUSES....GO DO IT!!!
ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR SITUATION IN LIFE.

I keep having people tell me that REI is their top priority, but then they tell me all that comes first before they work the deals. Hmmm! What was that you said before??? LOL

it's friday so go put out your bandit signs and drive for dollars. look for vacant and abandoned houses and get the owners info from www.netronline.com <<< nationwide info available. you can get a lot done on the weekend if that is the only time you have because your to busy with LIFE during the week !!!!

Yes I worked my 8hr job that started at 6am that I don't want and im on the hunt for doing a deal.
