I have it, I love it!
I bought it over 18 months ago but did not get the chance to read/watch/listen to it for almost a year.
If you want a recommendation, you have it from me.

There is reading material, there is a video, there are CD's, it is a great value for the inspiration you will get ... priceless!

I also have the TALD program. It is very inspirational to say the least. You actually feel like you are listnening to Dean tell you how he did some of his deals. great reading!!
Thats my opinion. I also bought the other 2 books because I like to gain as much knowledge as I can when I get into something.

I believe all of Dean's books and programs are a great value. I would strongly encourage you to get the TALD program. It really inspired me to see things in property that others did not. I really enjoy Dean's books and courses. I felt if I learn one new thing it would be worth it. I actually felt I learned something new and useful on almost every page. Good luck with your REI. is the tald cds journal? or online audio? i just recieved a certificate of ownershiip for deans books on audio to download??? i tried to log on but keeps failing is this the tald program?? i ordered think a little different on july6 and just recieved this certificate only in a graziosi box? any info will be appreciated. thank you in advance

Try this: scroll back up to the top of the page, on the same line as the search/enter box there is a row of choices. Click, on the far right, the
Get Support tab and it will allow you to leave a message and get the answers to your questions.

thanks angela i got it all straightened out!! they r sending me the books cds and journal like u mentioned.they only sent me a certificate with a code to download off web?? but r sending the right material now thanks for the info!!
