Sign up at findcompsnow.com, it's free. Use that website. Or, find a friendly realtor that will pull the 'Cash Transactions' or 'Cash Sold' from the MLS. Or, take a trip to the county courthouse and get the info from public records. Or, Google 'We Buy Houses' plus your county, and state - this will pull up a list - most will have phone #s. Call & talk to them.

Or go to county website, look up recent sales for 90 days. Look up owners name see if they live somewhere else if so send a letter or look up phone #

I went to courthouse but i could not figure out who were the cash buyers. Do i look up deed of trust or warranty deeds?
