OfflineHas anyone else noticed that the Zillow estimate for properties doesn't show on Total View anymore? You can still scroll down and click on a link and go to Zillow, but it was so convenient to have it listed right there above Eppraisal and DG estimate....

Don't rely on Zillow, not a good idea to use Zillow for ur comps.

I have done reviews of properties all over the Midwest and found that the TotalView site will show Zillow, Eppraisal and DG Estimates in a range if different ways. Some show all three some show DG and Zillow some show DG and Eppraisal and some show Zillow and Eppraisal. So...
Keep checking around the area. you can always manually go to either of the others if you want/need to.

John, I don't rely on Zillow, but it does have some very useful information...
David, it used to show all three whenever I looked up properties in Cali, but it doesn't anymore... yes, I know it can be done manually; it was just handy having all three values on same page...
