Thanks for stopping by my guestoage. In regards to your question about a Homepath property, if you want to purchase a Homepath property as an investor you have to wait until after the "First Look" period.

The First Look Program under Fannie Mae Homepath allows only owner occupants to purchase. After first look it is usually open to all. If you go to the www.homepath.com website and find a home under "first look" click on it and it will explain. Good luck. Believe and Achieve! Smiling - Joe
