Hi all,
Is there a new website to check out the Hud bid stats for Arizona? The old site at Michaelson Connor & Boul (sp?) stopped displaying the information after November 20th. They said it went to a new Management firm but like MMM 3 or something like that but I cannot find the new website anywhere. Sometimes you can find reverse buyers using this method. If you can help with this, that would be great. Thank you.

Thanks! I know it works for finding hud homes, but if you want to just find out who bought hud homes recently and if they were bought from an investor or non-owner occupant, what website would you go to?
Eric Mednimar(sp?) talks about this strategy in detail, and it seems to work well for other states. MCNB used to do it, but they stopped doing Arizona in November 2010.
Take a look at this website as I think this is what you are looking for:

I couldn't find what I was originally looking for, but that's ok. Now I'll be on the lookout for homes, as I moved to Kentucky.
