Try calling title companies. Ask them about doing creative deals and specifically back to back closings. This is a good way to start putting your power team together as well.
If you would like the chance to work with me or one of my fellow real estate investor coaches and our advanced training programs, give us a call anytime to see if Dean's Real Estate Success Academy and our customized curriculum is a fit for you. Call us at 1-877-219-1474 ext. 125
I've been having a ton of problems with finding anyone [title companies OR attorneys] that have even heard of doing "doubles" or "back-to-backs".... never the less, I will eventually find my team members to complete my POWER TEAM!
Good luck MileyGroup!

Send a Email to Coastal-Funding and ask them for a list of Title Company they have used in your area..I did and got a list of 10 Companys to use and they all know what your talking about
For double closings you can use the "let the fingers do the walking" method or consult with your real estate agent for suggestions.
Another good source is investor club meetings and ask members whom they use.
Also don't forget about mortgage companies. you can give them a call explain what you are trying to do and ask for suggestions. They know!

Hi Randy,
It is hard to give advise you from the details you have offered here. There are many questions...facts...that are still unspoken.
* What do you intend to do with the property when the bank says "YES"?
* What was your offer compared to the "Fair Market Value" of the property?
* How much rehabbing costs are there to be done to the property?
* Are you planning on doing the rehabbing to the property?
* Do you plan to keep or flip the property?
If you can put up the answers to these questions, someone will be better able to advise you on what to do when the Bank says "YES" to your offer...
