Questions to Title Company Checklist

Questions to Title Company Checklist

When searching for a title company, what questions should I ask to qualify them as a investor friendly title company?

ask them

if they do simultaneous closings (or double closings, or back to back closings)

If they say yes, they're most likely investor-friendly...

Also, you can ask an investor-friendly real estate agent, for a referral that they've used for other investors...

So I should just ask about

So I should just ask about double closings and back-to-back closings?

it's the same thing

some companies won't know what 'double closing' is, because they may call it back to back closing, or simultaneous closing, or something else...

you ask them if they can close on a property transaction, and minutes after, close again on the same property.

Basically, if they are familiar with this they are most likely investor-friendly.

Thanks Valerie. I can't even

Thanks Valerie. I can't even explain how much I appreciate you helping me with this. It means alot. I'm working on getting some funds together so I can get my travel expense together, my hotel stay and cost for the EDGE event. You are a huge help and I really appreciate all that you do to help me out!

Now I am about to head over to my local hardware store and purchase some yellow corrugated plastic signs and I am going to post them up high on the weekend. I am pumped up. I also have a few business calls to make to some homeowners and some potential buyers I will be assigning to. I'm also making calls to realtors and other investors to refer me to a few title companies so, maybe I should be able to get lucky soon. Thank you Valerie!!

you're welcome!
