OfflineGot me a great deal here in RI. 3bd 2bth, 2 car garage,built in 1970. Heres the details: Owners called on a craigslist ad i posted. There were losing the house to a tax sale. Owned free n clear no mortgage. They were losing the house for just 15,000 in back taxes. House needed just $20,000 in repairs. You ready? House valued at 180,000. Picked it up for 63,000 from seller,with my buyer paying me a 10,000 assignment fee. I'm so psyched. We closed today. This stuff really works,when you dont give up. I was ready to give up,but hung in there. Never give up. Thanks for reading my story DGS.
