Customer service help with SA

Since this seems the most appropriate place to post I figured to post here. I need to bring to attention the customer service/advisory line. In the past, I've been on hold in upwards of 40 minutes and today (Saturday the 15th of Oct) I was on hold for a combined time of over an hour with no answer. not sure whats going on behind the scenes but it would be nice to have it how it was last year where you get your call answered within the first 5 or 10 minutes at most. I've also noticed a few times in the past I get transferred to the wrong department and have to be re-transferred which results in the call dropping and having to recall and wait on hold again.
Overall I like the SA and its layout but improvements can always be implemented

Depending on when you call... I've waited on hold for the most 15 mins. Which drove me crazy but for you to wait for that long.... wow! As for the calls being dropped. Every so often I get the Conference Line where they ask me to enter a code to enter the conference... but I hang up and call again.... and have to wait. lol

Overall, I usually have an average call wait time of about 10 min... and as little as 2 minutes.

The quality of the call has been fantastic with those folks at PMI. But I agree it's hard sometimes when I'm trying to make a call on my break or on some down time... but it hasen't been a huge issue for me thus far.

Then again... I'm not on the phone for 40 min to an hour like you. Ugh!

I would call the Customer Service line and let them know what's going on at the least.
