OfflineHello, my name is Lane. I am from the same town that Matt Larson came from in Illinois. He was actually my supervisor at the machine shop we worked at. He taught me alot about machining and then he went on to invest in real estate and is now one of deans right hand guys. I just recieved my copy of "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits and Matt has set me up with a great REI club that I am going to meet with very soon. I am excited about this new opportunity but at the same time I am very scared and don't know where to start. I think I want to start with assignments and lease/rent to own deals but I am still learning exactly how they work. If anyone can give me a list and a timeline of when and in what order to do things this would be great! I look forward to hearing from anyone. Even Dean Graziosi or Matt Larson! Thanks!
