Just Fhinished the book!

Hi:
I just finished the book "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits" and starting "Profit from Real Estate Right Now". I am exited about Dean's methods and motivated, but no money on pockets!

Anyone who is near of Imperial Valley County (Brawley,CA; El Centro,CA; Calexico,CA) please, contact me.

Anyone with advice or ideas on how to start my first deal, will be more than welcome.

Anyone who wants to Team Up with me, or have any deal that i could help, please PM me, will be glad to hear from you guys.

Help me to Succeed!

Ernesto.

Difference in books

Since you read "Your Town Your Real Estate Profits" (YTYREP) and starting "Profit from Real Estate Right Now" (PFRERN), can you tell me the difference in the books? I read PFRER, but I am wondering if I should order YTYREP and can't find any reviews with specifics on the difference between the books. Any information would be helpful.
Thanks!

profit from real estate right now

This book is a must for anyone starting in real estate investing. Dean is describing specific methods to apply in real life. I am still working on a deal, but being persistent I know I am very close to achieve my goal.
Happy investing, Halina

Difference between the two

I was just thinking about this today; sorry to revive an old thread. I LOVE Your Town, Your Real Estate Profits, but not so much, Profit from Real Estate Now, and the number one difference can be summed up in Dean's words on pg. 37 of YTYREP, "Are you getting the idea that this isn't one of those books long on inspiration, but short on 'how to?'" --Graziosi, Dean Enterprises, LLC 2009.

YTYREP is delivered cook-book, recipe style which is pretty clever, and the book is ALL procedure, and about 20% inspiration/upsell. Love DG, and LOVE his delivery, but in his other books, I would literally skim through pages at a time to get to the meat, whereas YTYREP is all meat and I have to take small bites with breaks in between to digest it all.

Highly recommend it!

I like all of them

I have read all of DG's rei books:

BARM (Be A Real Estate Millionaire)
PFRERN (Profit From Real Estate Right Now)
YTYREP (Your Town Your Real Estate Profits)
Totally Fulfilled

There is something in each one that may not be in the other... but I do think that they are all very helpful; they definitely get you thinking differently!

Learning and progressing every day,

Valerie
